Burke & Redford Orthodontists thank you for your service and we want you to get the most from your available benefits.
We look forward to meeting all of our new patients during your first visit to our office.
During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and learn about your orthodontic treatment. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Your first orthodontic visit will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This visit will address your orthodontic needs to determine if this is the proper time to begin.
The doctor may recommend that we wait for further dental maturation before determining if orthodontic treatment will be necessary. In this instance, he will ask that patient to return periodically for check-ups to monitor growth and development so that treatment can be initiated at the most favorable time for the best results.
It is very important to us that you come away from this visit with a very clear understanding of your individual needs, how these needs will be met, how long it will take and how much it will cost. We always want you to feel comfortable asking any questions that you may have about any part of the orthodontic process.
Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment option. We also accept assignment of benefit from most insurance plans and file the necessary papers to the insurance company.
Fees
If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
To fit your needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we ask that you bring all of the insurance information we would need to help determine the benefits you may have available. When you come for your initial appointment, we will contact your insurance company to confirm benefits and answer any questions you may have. Our staff is happy to handle the filing of all your insurance forms, so you don’t have to. We are a premier provider for Delta Dental.
